Rattan Weave and Care

Our products are manufactured with specially produced synthetic rattan weaving threads. They are produced with weaving threads imported through Wintec, a world leader in garden furniture. The imported rattan product is made of 97% PE (polyethylene) material. The most important feature of the rattan thread used in production is that it is not harmful to human health. Produced with a special weaving technique, it is resistant to water, rain, wind, moisture, cold, and sun, using UV-added top-quality material. The synthetic rattan material used in our products prevents common negative situations such as insect infestation and rotting in garden furniture. The product has successfully passed resistance tests against cracking and drying. Our products made with synthetic rattan weaving threads do not contain any additives. Our weaving threads can maintain their original appearance for long periods thanks to their protective properties against external factors. However, regular maintenance of your product is an important factor that extends its lifespan. The maintenance period of rattan products varies according to the usage area. Products that are in direct contact with sunlight require more frequent maintenance. Rattan garden furniture products can be easily cleaned only with water using a damp cloth. Chemical cleaning agents should be avoided when cleaning the products, and natural cleaning materials should only be used when necessary.

Foam Softness

The foam used in seat and back cushions, made of polyurethane material, provides a comfortable seating thanks to its irregular cell structure. With their structure that absorbs pressure in the seating and back area, the foams maintain their quality for a long time compared to standard foams. Foam thickness is 10 cm. Our product uses top-quality Galia fabric. Thanks to its olefin yarn structure suitable for outdoor use, the fabric is easy to clean. The fabrics used in the products have waterproof properties against all outdoor conditions. The fabric used in our products has successfully passed 7 different tests: light, weather conditions, UV, washing, sea water, pool water, and scratch resistance.

Frame Material

The product frame structure uses fully thermal aluminum in 40 43 norm with wall thicknesses of 1.5 mm and 2.4 mm in various diameters suitable for the frame. MIG welding (spot welding) is used to join the frame parts. The joints are further reinforced with TIG welding by adding filler wire to remaining gaps, and excess weld parts are ground to prepare for painting. Before painting, chromating (making the smooth aluminum surface micro-rough) is performed to oxidize the aluminum and ensure full adhesion of the paint, then it enters the drying oven. The frame coming out of the drying oven is coated with silicon-based electrostatic paint suitable for outdoor use and kept in a 200-degree paint oven for sufficient time, making our frame ready for weaving. Various lengths of saw-tooth steel staple wires are used to attach the rattan material to the aluminum frame. Additionally, specially manufactured 19 mm long stainless steel saw-tooth nails are used in the weaves on the product. After the weaving process is completed, 32 mm diameter stainless steel protectors are attached to the feet of the products.

It also prevents common issues in garden furniture such as insect infestation, rotting, cracking, and drying. Our rattan threads, containing no harmful additives to human health, can be easily cleaned with water and a damp cloth, maintaining their original appearance for years.

When it comes to durability, our fully thermal aluminum frame stands out. Aluminum profiles with wall thicknesses of 1.5 mm and 2.4 mm are joined using MIG and TIG welding methods, and after chromating, they are coated with silicon-based electrostatic paint in a 200-degree oven. This process ensures maximum resistance of the frame to outdoor conditions. Stainless steel staple wires and specially manufactured saw-tooth nails are used to fix the rattan weave to the frame. The 32 mm diameter stainless steel protectors attached to the feet prevent damage to the floor.

This foam, with its irregular cell structure, absorbs pressure and maintains its shape much longer than standard foams, creating a comfortable resting area for your friend.
