Product Features

Rattan Weave and Care

Our products are manufactured with specially produced synthetic rattan weaving threads. They are produced with weaving threads imported through Wintec, a world leader in garden furniture. The imported rattan product is made of 97% PE (polyethylene) material. The most important feature of the rattan thread used in production is that it is not harmful to human health. Produced with a special weaving technique, it uses UV-stabilized top-quality material resistant to water, rain, wind, moisture, cold, and sun. The synthetic rattan material used in our products prevents common negative conditions such as insect infestation and rot in garden furniture. The product has successfully passed tests for resistance to cracking and drying. Our products made with synthetic rattan weaving threads do not contain any additives. Our weaving threads can maintain their original appearance for long periods thanks to their protective properties against external factors. However, regular maintenance of your product is an important factor that extends its service life. The maintenance intervals of rattan products vary depending on the usage area. Products exposed to direct sunlight require more frequent maintenance. Rattan garden furniture can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth using only water. Chemical cleaning agents should be avoided, and natural cleaning materials should only be used when necessary.

Sponge Softness

The sponges made of polyurethane material used in the seat and back cushions provide a comfortable seating experience thanks to their irregular cell structure. With their pressure-absorbing structure in the seat and back areas, the sponges maintain their quality longer than standard sponges. Sponge thickness is 10 cm. Our product uses top-quality Galia fabric. Thanks to its olefin yarn structure suitable for outdoor use, the fabric is easy to clean. The fabrics used in the products have waterproof properties against all outdoor conditions. The fabric used in our products has successfully passed 7 different tests for light, weather conditions, UV, washing, seawater, pool water, and scratch resistance.

Frame Material

The product frame structure uses fully thermal aluminum in various diameters with 1.5 mm and 2.4 mm wall thickness according to 40 43 norms. MIG welding (spot welding) is used to join the frame parts. The joints are further reinforced with TIG welding by adding filler wire to fill remaining gaps, and excess weld parts are ground to prepare for painting. Before painting, the aluminum is chromated to oxidize and create a micron-level rough surface for better paint adhesion, then enters the drying oven. After drying, the frame is coated with silicon-based electrostatic paint suitable for outdoor use and kept in a 200-degree paint oven for sufficient time, making the frame ready for weaving. Various lengths of serrated steel staple wires are used to attach the rattan material to the aluminum frame. Additionally, specially produced 19 mm long stainless steel serrated nails are used in the weaves on the product. After weaving, 32 mm diameter stainless steel protectors are attached to the feet.

Thanks to its UV-stabilized structure, it provides long-lasting performance against sunlight, water, rain, wind, and moisture. Cleaning is very practical; it can be easily cleaned with a damp cloth and water.

In our comfort-focused design, a 10 cm thick high-density polyurethane sponge is used in the seat and backrest. This sponge, with its irregular cell structure, perfectly absorbs pressure and maintains its shape much longer than standard sponges, providing superior seating comfort. The fabric covering the sponge is specially produced for outdoor use, waterproof Galia fabric. This fabric has successfully passed 7 different tests for light, UV, weather conditions, washing, and scratching, has an easy-to-clean olefin yarn structure, and can be washed only at 40°C.

Durability is not only on the surface but also in the core. The armchair frame is meticulously crafted from fully thermal aluminum. After careful welding and assembly, the frame undergoes chromating treatment and is then painted with silicon-based electrostatic paint suitable for outdoor use in a 200-degree oven. This process ensures maximum resistance to rust and external factors. Stainless steel nails and steel staple wires are used to attach the rattan weave to the frame. Additionally, 32 mm diameter stainless steel protectors attached to the feet provide superior floor protection.
