Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or related fields,

Experienced in design and sales,

Residing on the European Side of Istanbul,

Excellent verbal and written communication skills,

Proficient in MS Office programs,

Able to effectively use AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max and Photoshop programs,

Strong sales ability, wanting to advance quickly in their career,

Presentable, attentive to personal care,

Closely following space design and decoration trends.

Job Description:
To provide consultancy to customers who visit our store or request interior architecture support through online channels. To have knowledge about ready-made (modular) product sales and project planning, to prepare projects suitable for customer requests, to make proposal presentations, to conduct sales meetings and to follow up post-sales processes.

Customer greeting and needs analysis,

Project drawing, 3D visualization and presentation,

Styling work suitable for the in-store concept,

Managing sales and project workflow.

BANK / RECEPTION OFFICER

Required Qualifications:

University graduate,

Good computer skills,

Proper diction, smiling, energetic and strong communication skills,

Successful in internal and external company communication,

No transportation problems to the Güneşli area,

Customer-focused, prone to teamwork.

Job Description:

Greeting and directing corporate and individual customers coming to our store,

Ensuring the general order and hygiene of the store,

Managing switchboard traffic and directing calls to relevant units,

Monitoring and responding to general email traffic.

ORDER TRACKING AND CUSTOMER PROCESS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Required Qualifications:

University graduate,

Experienced in sales and marketing,

Strong verbal/written communication skills,

Able to effectively use MS Office programs,

Presentable,

Knowledgeable about ready-made (modular) furniture products and decoration,

No transportation problems to the Güneşli area.

Job Description:
To manage all processes of our customers before and after sales. To coordinate sales meetings, proposal preparation, order taking and subsequent delivery/assembly processes.

Customer greeting and sales consultancy,

Order process tracking and customer information,

Responding to incoming call/email requests for the sales unit,

Managing general work calendar and customer appointment tracking.

E-COMMERCE STAFF

Required Qualifications:

University graduate,

E-commerce sector experience,

Advanced Excel and good computer usage knowledge,

Proficient in reporting and analysis tools,

Knowledgeable about web user experience (UX) and design trends,

Strong communication skills,

Managed e-commerce operation processes.

Job Description:

Managing the sales opening processes (photo, content, price, stock) of products on our e-commerce site,

Performing product stock tracking,

Monitoring and reporting website performance metrics,

Supporting category and product management of marketplace accounts (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, n11, etc.).

FURNITURE ASSEMBLY AND SHIPPING STAFF

Required Qualifications:

Experienced in furniture assembly and shipping,

Developed problem-solving skills, solution-oriented,

Able to communicate healthily with the customer,

Possessing a driver's license (SRC) and able to drive commercial vehicles (Preferably),

Completed military service, residing in Istanbul.

Job Description:

Shipping products to be sent to customers,

Carrying out product transportation and assembly operations flawlessly, carefully and on time,

Being responsible for the general maintenance and order of the service vehicle,

Providing professional service by keeping customer satisfaction in the foreground.
