Delivery times may vary depending on stock status and production process (for customized products). The duration may be extended due to force majeure (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.).

ARTICLE 6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

6.1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (FOR STANDARD PRODUCTS)
BUYER, in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, can exercise the right of withdrawal for STANDARD products subject to the order within 14 (FOURTEEN) days from the date of receipt, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal:

The product must be unused, untried, undamaged, and its original packaging (box, plastic, styrofoam, protective tapes, etc.) must be intact,

All accessories, user manual, and documents that came with the product must be returned completely,

The original invoice must be returned (if the invoice is issued to a legal entity, the invoice to be returned must have an "RETURN" stamp or statement on it).

The withdrawal notification must be made within 14 days from the delivery date.

6.2. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED (NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS)
The following products are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article 15/ğ of Law No. 6502 and Article 9 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for these products, and order cancellation or defect-free return requests cannot be accepted:

CUSTOMIZED (PERSONALIZED) PRODUCTS: All furniture and textile products that are specially produced by changing their size, color, fabric, material, or by processing personal information/logo upon the BUYER's request.

SINGLE-USE / HYGIENE PRODUCTS: Products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene rules (e.g., mattress, pillow, duvet, bed linen, blanket, towel, bathrobe, etc.).

PRODUCTS WITH OPENED/CANNOT BE OPENED PACKAGING: Products whose protective packaging, seal, or tape is opened after delivery and whose return is not possible in terms of health/hygiene.

PRODUCTS WHOSE INDEPENDENT PARTS CANNOT BE SEPARATED: Products that are combined or mixed with other products and cannot be separated by their nature.

DISPLAY, OUTLET, DISCOUNTED CAMPAIGN PRODUCTS: Products that are clearly sold as "display", "outlet", "demo", or "defective/faulty".

DIGITAL CONTENT/SERVICES: Digital content or services whose performance (download, use) has started before the end of the withdrawal period.

INSTALLED PRODUCTS: Products that have been installed by receiving assembly/installation service and cannot be disassembled and placed back into their original packaging.

PERISHABLE PRODUCTS / PRODUCTS WITH AN EXPIRATION DATE.

6.3. ORDER CANCELLATION (PRODUCTS NOT ENTERED PRODUCTION/CARGO PROCESS)

For standard stock products, cancellation requests made at the stage before the order is changed to "Shipped" or "In Production" status by the SELLER are carried out free of charge.

For customized (Special Order) products, cancellation requests made after the order is confirmed and the production process (fabric cutting, material order, etc.) has started cannot be accepted. In this case, SELLER reserves the right to claim the incurred costs (material, labor).

6.4. RETURN PROCEDURE

Notification: BUYER who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify their request by email to info@sivrilermobilya.com or by calling customer service at 0850 304 18 95. The return reason and order number must be specified.

Packaging the Product: The product must be packaged in a way that it will not be damaged, along with its original box and all accessories.

Cargo Process:

Products with Transportation: SELLER collects the product from the BUYER's address free of charge with the contracted transportation company.

Cargo Products: SELLER sends the free return code of the contracted cargo company to the BUYER. BUYER must deliver the product to the nearest branch with this code. If shipping is done with a company other than the contracted cargo, the cargo fee belongs to the BUYER.

Products with Transportation and Assembly: SELLER sends the contact information of the contracted cargo and assembly company to the BUYER. BUYER must deliver the product with all accessories and packaging by appointment after contacting this company. If shipping is done with a company other than the contracted cargo or without packaging and accessories, all responsibility for assembly and cargo fees belongs to the BUYER.

Inspection and Approval: The returned product is checked at the SELLER's warehouse for compliance with the conditions specified above (6.1.). If found suitable, the return process is completed. Products that do not comply with the conditions are returned to the BUYER, and the cargo fee is invoiced to the BUYER.

Payment Refund: After the return is approved, the product amount is refunded to the original payment method used by the BUYER (credit card, transfer account) within at most 14 business days. Refund to the credit card is reflected on your card within 1-2 billing cycles depending on the bank's processing time.

Return Expenses: In defect-free returns where the right of withdrawal is exercised, SELLER covers the initial delivery fee. However, if there is a shipping/transportation method specifically requested by the BUYER and paid separately (e.g., express delivery), this difference is deducted from the refund amount.

6.5. DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT RETURN

If the product arrives damaged, incomplete, or wrong at the time of delivery, BUYER must have a report drawn up with the cargo/transportation personnel at the time of delivery and inform the SELLER in writing within at most 2 (two) business days.

In this case, product exchange or refund is carried out free of charge, covered by the SELLER.

For malfunctions that arise after delivery and are within the warranty scope, please refer to our "Warranty and After-Sales Services" policy.

ARTICLE 7. CONSUMER ARBITRATION COMMITTEE AND COMPETENT COURT

In disputes arising from this contract, it is mandatory to apply to the Consumer Disputes Arbitration Committee at the BUYER's place of residence or where the contract was established, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on Consumer Transactions Procedure. In places where there is no arbitration committee, Consumer Courts are authorized.
